1. You don’t pay anything for the cancellation if you inform us about it as late as 7 days before the planned stay. Cancellation after that time means that 100% of the forward payment stays at us.
2. In the case of booking during Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the free cancellation can be made as late as 30 days before the planned stay.
3. We have 14 work days since the issue of the corrective invoice to return your forward payment on the account from which the payment was made.

The hotel does not allow aggressive dogs. The pet can move around the hotel (hall, corridors and grounds around the hotel) only on a leash. Pets are strictly forbidden to move around the hotel's restaurants, bars, wellness and swimming pools. The owner of the animal is responsible for all damage and dirt caused by the animal.
