Every day you can enjoy unlimited access to all attractions – including the new year-round slide area, which is available regardless of the weather. You can go to the thermal pools in a bathrobe directly from the hotel.

1. You don’t pay anything for the cancellation if you inform us about it as late as 7 days before the planned stay. Cancellation after that time means that 100% of the forward payment stays at us.
2. In the case of booking during Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the free cancellation can be made as late as 30 days before the planned stay.
3. The advance payment will be refunded to the same account from which the advance payment was made within 14 business days of receiving the signed corrective invoice.
